Ruwan Jayasekara
Mr. Ruwan Jayasekara, Director of Gold to City Project Management Solutions, earned his Business Administration Degree from Ohio State University in 1998. His professional journey began as a supermarket manager in a Mobile Co-operation Franchise, steadily advancing to the role of Area Manager. Relocating to Toronto, Canada, in 2007, he served as a Warehouse Manager at Canadian Auto Preservation until 2012. Returning to the USA, he established his own business, a Mobile Mechanic Shop in Watenshi Hall, New York, in 2012. In 2015, he returned to his home country, Sri Lanka, initiating ventures such as Carolina Beach Hotel, Honda Coffee Shop, and Nova Chinese Restaurant. Mr. Jayasekara also became the Kalutara area agent for Grass Hoppers courier service. In 2020, he made a significant move to Dubai, where he established Gold To City Project Management Solutions. Committed to excellence, the company focuses on delivering premium real estate, business set-up and relocation services, fulfilling dreams in the vibrant city of Dubai, UAE.
Roshan Perera
Roshan Perera, Director of Gold to City Project Management Services, initiated his career at Hotel Galadari Colombo. In 1991, he ventured to Syria, serving to a diplomat. Returning to Sri Lanka, he diversified his experience across Hospitality Management, Automation, Wire Industry, Glass Industry, Landscaping and constructions. His international journey continued in 2003 when he contributed his skills to the Automation industry in Tokyo, Japan. Back in Sri Lanka in 2005, he resumed his role as a marketing manager until 2009. Following that, he founded Royal Pavers, a construction and landscaping company, in 2009. Delving into gemology at the University of Moratuwa, he broadened his expertise. Joining Gold to City Project Management, Roshan strives to offer exceptional services, leveraging his extensive knowledge for the benefit of our clients.
